Comprehensive Land Use Plan
Adopted in 2005, the Comprehensive Land Use Plan provides the necessary information to redefine, clarify and plan for Virgil's future, setting the direction for the next 10-15 years. It looks toward retaining Virgil's rural, small-town character while allowing controlled growth contiguous to the existing town area.
