All meetings are open to the public, held at the Saints Peter and Paul Parish Center located at 5N939 Meredith Road in Virgil, Illinois, and all minutes of the Village of Virgil Board meetings will be posted here once approved. View upcoming meetings or the meeting archive.

Village Board Meeting

Held at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of each month.

Committee of the Whole

Held at 7:00pm on the fourth Thursday of each month. Currently not meeting.

Plan Commission

Held at 7:00pm on the first Tuesday of each month. If no agenda, meeting will be posted as canceled for that month.

Building, Zoning and Roads

Held at 7:00pm on the Tuesday before the second Thursday of the month. If no agenda, meeting will be posted as canceled for that month.

Comprehensive Land Use Plan Review Committee

Held on the third Tuesday of each month.

Zoning Board of Appeals

Held at 7:00pm on the fourth Tuesday of the month. If no agenda, meeting will be posted as canceled for that month.

Waste Water/Storm Water Committee

Held at 7:00pm on the first Thursday of the month (starting June 4th). If no agenda, meeting will be posted as canceled for that month.

Note: Special meetings other than the above regularly scheduled meetings will be posted on the front window of the Village office building (SS Peter & Paul Parish Center) and/or published in the The Elburn Herald newspaper with at least 48 hours notice.
