Permit Information

A written permit must be obtained for the following:

1. To establish any new use of property;
2. To excavate for or build any foundation;
3. To erect, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, alter or move any building or structure;
4. To erect, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, alter or move any sign or fence which cannot be viewed through and any concrete, stone or masonry wall;
5. To change the use of any building, structure or land from one zoning district classification to another;
6. In the case of a non-conforming use, to change from one use to another;
7. To dig or drill any well;
8. To install, add to or repair any sewage disposal system.
